Yes. AI detects the subject and removes the background; a precise geometric offset then builds the die-cut cutline: a true vector path, not a traced bitmap. For a standard cutout on a clean background it's ready for your workflow, and on unusual jobs you keep control and can review the cut file before anything goes to production.
As a vector cutline on its own path, in the CutContour spot color your cutting table and RIP already expect. It is a separate layer from the artwork, so it drops into your existing die-cut and thru-cut setup without extra prep.
Lifesizy draws the cutline; you cut it on whatever you already run: cardboard and foamboard for freestanding cutouts and standees, plus the rigid and flexible substrates you use for other die-cut display work. It is not tied to one material.
